The impacts of low-quality education are the lack of fundamental skills, low to no achievements in education, and of course, The inequality in educational opportunities. Do we really want a country that isn't progressive just because of the quality of education we offer?

Quality education, to me, refers to an education that goes beyond the bounds of just academic knowledge. Quality education helps encourage everyone to live their daily lives confidently and to understand the social obligations of everyone. As someone who has personally witnessed how those with higher education get most of the opportunities there are, this has shaped my views and reminded me of how important quality education is for everyone and how necessary it is to become successful in life. Some of the many challenges faced by both the educators and learners in achieving quality education would be, firstly, the lack of facilities. Having a lack of facilities would be an obstacle to receiving quality education as the teachers would not be able to teach properly, which leads to a lack of knowledge for students. Another factor would be the limitations due to social status. Most students that are coming from low-income families might experience a lack of chances to have decent educational materials, such as technologies. Promoting quality education contributes to the improvement of our society in a way that this helps for the growth in the economy. If everyone were to receive quality education, this would lead to us having a workforce full of qualified employees. which could automatically lead to having better industries; hence increasing economic growth. Education enables higher incomes, which can lead to the transcending of poverty. An example of this would be an article from Habitat for Humanity of Broward, which says that with the right qualifications and educational background, you will increase your chances of landing a fulfilling job. This alone answers the question of how quality education can contribute to our society.

Technology has been a great help in transforming the quality education that we have in recent years. Examples of its help are that it makes access to information easier since, with the help of technology, students are now able to look for information online and are able to learn and research about a certain topic anytime they wish to do so. Another is that this helps in flexible learning or in online education. With the help of technology, students are capable of having classes online; an example of this is what we did in the previous weeks.

My way of contributing to the promotion of quality education would be to donate the books, supplies, and, if possible, technology that I no longer use to schools or even a community center. And of course, by actively contributing in such ways that I know will help, may it be small or big. Not only does this help in promoting quality education, but this as well helps in our community to have the betterment it deserves.
